Jaime A. Stricklin, Esq. is an experienced attorney licensed to practice in the State of Florida and practice-area expertise spanning from commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial and residential litigation, condominium and homeowners’ association law, landlord/tenant and general civil matters. Zealously represent client interests and working diligently to analyze and advise on intricate matters in all aspects of property law, minimize risk and achieve positive resolutions to complex legal matters.
She is a co-founder of the law firm of Ostrzenski & Stricklin, P.A., and directs the residential and commercial real estate department for the Firm. She handles all aspects of the closing process, including the representation of Buyers, Sellers & Lenders and is a title insurance agent establishing our full-service real estate law firm.
Jaime Stricklin, Esq. serves as an instructor for Legal Essential Skills, Torts and Florida Procedures courses for the University of Miami Paralegal program. She attended the University of Florida, Gainesville, and obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in August 1999 with a major in Public Relations and Outside Concentration in Criminal Law. She then attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in May, 2002. Jaime graduated with honors along with the High Grade Award in Criminal Law & Lawyering Skills & Values and was a member of Law Journal.
